We are going to meet this week in a provincial park, right in our city limits, Strathcona Provincial park, and hiking the area on both sides of the river. If time and supplies allow we may drop in and see who is around 50 St and Yellowhead to finish off the afternoon. Meet up location is in the main parking lot, hope to find spots on north side of lot.

This is the more physical version of Street Team.

You  must be able to hike about 5 km and be prepared for some tricky  inclines.  Ideally you have access to a vehicle in case we want to go to  more than one spot.

We  are hiking in the River Valley looking for encampments.  We will be  pulling a wagon (or two depending on volunteers) filled with backpacks.

**For winter months we will likely be visiting urban encampments (not located in the river valley, but around the city)

The mission is to find out what is needed for the next visit, and to gain the trust of these folks for the future.
